A New Approach to Project Management

Project Management has evolved over the past few decades to address the challenges of managing large, complex change initiatives. This discipline has been widely adopted by the private sector with demonstrated success across a range of industries and endeavors. It's not enough for projects, however to come in on time and on budget. They must also align with strategy.
Sometimes organizations need personnel to ramp up for a contract or for a new procurement. Sometimes...available personnel don't have the wish to work at risk waiting on the contract or award to be received. Sometimes...timing just isn't right. The need is now...the funding isn't.
Wouldn't it be nice if small and medium sized contractors had access to a team of certified Project Management Professionals without the cost of on-boarding a full or part time employee? Wouldn't it also be nice if that same small or medium sized business could pay only for the hours worked toward that specific project...without the overhead costs?
If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, you are not alone.
